Busy morning. I ran three miles with my friends, got my daughter off to school, made lunch for the gang here at work, started the laundry, loaded the dishwasher, and painted this beautiful sunflower. Sunflowers are unmistakable, everyone knows a sunflower. So appropriately named and so lovely.
