concord whimsy

There was no time to paint this weekend. So this morning's painting was a wonderful treat for me. I painted loose and free without a care in the world. This painting is going to a wonderful home :) sold! Click to Bid
This weekend was a 5K race in my town and my daughter placed 3rd in the women's category. How fun! My advertising & design agency (TCG Advertising & Design) was involved in all the planning that went into the race, so it was extra special to me.
I am also working on creating more gourds to sell at my booth at Building Character in downtown lancaster...such a fun project! It's getting me in the fall spirit!

concord grapes

It’s concord grape season! I remember my grandmother having these on an arbor in her backyard every summer. I’ve always loved them. I don’t grow them in my backyard (my how times have changed!) but I did pick them up at a local farm market. Lucky me! Thinking of my grandmother, Mamie, today!
