This is Philomena. A lucky dog who was adopted through Volunteer Auxiliary for Animal Shelters Inc., in Jackson, NJ. You can check them out on Facebook. Great organization with great, caring people. I think I may do a few different paintings of Philomena, maybe try to push my comfort zone a little bit, try to learn a little bit…my inspiration to do this came from Liz Wiltzen's blog which I really enjoy.
