friends

Hallie Kohn is a wonderful artist and friend. We became fast friends through email, have never actually met in person. She is my art "pen pal." She recently bought one of my paintings and wrote me this lovely note:

Your original painting arrived to my home today in beautiful condition. I think I finally have an idea how others feel when they purchase my art… This is one of my most prized possessions--so beautiful, and so special because it was created by my friend. Thank you so much! I love it!!

What a small world where we can be friends from afar. It's wonderful to have art friends to exchange ideas with and bounce ideas off of. Hope we can attend a workshop together some day soon. You can see her work here. Beautiful!
