Work-in-Progess, me or the painting?

I am working on this 30"x30" iris painting for my niece. With each new painting I do, I research and focus on some aspect of painting that I am trying to improve on (such as edges, values, composition, color, etc.). For this painting my focus is on color. To have fun with it. Lots and lots of fun. Take some risks. I love when artists I admire show their work in progress, so I'm going to try it. The good, the bad, the ugly, and hopefully the colorful and fun end result. No filters. And on another note, I've been adding some items to my Etsy Shop, a few of them as part of my "too pretty to paint over flash sale" which has original paintings for only $30, unframed.
