I was listening to a podcast I recently found called Art Pro. It was an interview with Carol Marine who is someone I admire and credit with being an integral part of beginning my daily painting practice. In the interview she mentioned honoring the ebb, which is something I am terrible at so I created a freehand lettering piece to remind myself how important it is to honor the ebb, whenever it comes my way. Whether the ebb is in work, life or in your passion, ebbs are vital to growth.
I listen to podcasts in the morning when I am painting. It's much more uplifting than listening to the news. Here are a few of my favorites. Check them out if you have time.
