I skipped a day in my challenge because I was caught up in a really tight painting, a tight one for me, anyway. I prefer to paint in a style that is more free and loose, but somehow, every now and then, I end up doing a few tighter pieces. Maybe I need to just accept this as part of the learning process for me. Here I was trying to play around with keeping my painting bright and fresh…I tried using transparent glazes…something new to learn :) If you want to learn more about glazing, you can read more about it here.
