the bright side

Another shot at painting from life rather than a photo. Staying loose. Keeping things fun. Last night I finished reading David Leffel's book Oil Painting Secrets From a Master. Great book. One thought I found interesting that I never thought of it he said "verticals confine, horizontals expand." Interesting thought…
